La première étape de la construction des Nouvelles Routes de l’Emploi qui ont démarré à partir de la Guinée en 2019 et qui s’est poursuivie lors de la 4ème édition de la SIAB (Semaine Internationale de l’Artisanat de Grand-Bassam) en Côte d’Ivoire.
Le territoire Côte d’Ivoire avec le secteur de l’artisanat / artisanat d’art avec Ali Cissé qui pilote les opérations en Afrique, propose de démarrer avec environ 20 pays d’Afrique, principalement ceux qui ont été présents à la SIAB 2021.
Créer le plus grand programme de coopération et d’investissement internationale pour valoriser l’excellence métier et l’impact emploi par la valeur de l’apprentissage reçu et transmis aux générations futures.
Les Nouvelles Routes de l’Emploi s’appuient sur un outil de valorisation et de mesure « ERS – Entrepreneuriat Responsable et Solidaire » sur l’axe Afrique – Europe – Monde.
Il est parfaitement adapté au thème de la SIAB 2021 : Artisanat d’art, expression du patrimoine culturel, source d’emplois décents.
L’outil ERS enregistre de façon simple avec un questionnaire, cette expression du patrimoine culturel grâce à vos réponses. Le questionnaire a été conçu pour que vos réponses deviennent des premières solutions d’expression du patrimoine culturel de l’artisanat / artisanat d’art, qui sont la base de la source d’emplois, malheureusement pas toujours décents pour les artisans et encore moins pour les jeunes de plus en plus nombreux à être frappés par le chômage ou le sous-emploi.
En bon alignement avec les premiers ambassadeurs ERS Artisanat, Art et Culture venus de Guinée à la SIAB 2021 (Farafina Sidime, Bangali Traoré, Mamadou Sow, Aïcha Keïta et Silatigui Kante), Ali Cissé et ses équipes SIAB ont permis de poursuivre l’enregistrement ERS avec les 16 pays invités à la SIAB.
D’un côté, nous avons enregistré les réponses aux questionnaires, de l’autre, nous avons enregistré les images des produits.
Nous avons démarré ainsi le début du programme qui nous permet de créer les premières vitrines commerciales des Nouvelles Routes de l’Emploi qui sont aussi des vitrines d’éducation pour l’emploi des jeunes.
« Si tu me considères dans mon métier, je consens à partager mon emploi », pour mesurer la valeur « excellence métier à impact emploi » avec l’outil ERS, à partir de la reconnaissance de la qualité des produits et de l’efficacité des ventes grâce au patrimoine « apprentissage et transmission » de l’économie locale.
« Acheter un produit d’un artisan, c’est aider un jeune à avoir un emploi décent » pour construire la place de marché d’apprentissage « métier emploi », grâce aux vitrines commerciales et éducatives de la plateforme internationale Les Nouvelles Routes de l’Emploi.
